Admissions Policy

Eligibility: Students in grades 6-12 are eligible to apply. We welcome students from diverse backgrounds and educational needs.  At We Care II, we prioritize accessibility and flexibility in our enrollment process through our open enrollment policy for grades 6 through 12. This approach allows families to apply for admission anytime throughout the year.

Application Process

  • Complete the online application form.

  • Submit required documents (previous school records, proof of residency, immunization records, birth certificate, social security card (optional), etc.).

  • Attend a virtual orientation session.

Enrollment Confirmation

Parents will be notified by email of the enrollment status or if additional paperwork is required.

TUITION SUPPORT, SCHOLARSHIPS, VOUCHERS, AND ESAs

We welcome and accept state scholarships, vouchers, and Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) to help cover tuition for eligible students.  We will work with your family until funding is received, ensuring your child can begin learning immediately.

We proudly serve students in all 50 U.S. states and are committed to making high-quality virtual education accessible nationwide.  The student will pay a registration fee of $200 at the time of starting, which will cover the start-up and courses.

Middle School (Grade 6-8) 

The annual tuition for middle school students is $5,000 per school year. The fees encompass all advanced courses, electives, and maintenance. 

High School (Grade 9-12)

The annual tuition for high school students to be awarded is approximately $7,000. This fee encompasses all advanced courses, extracurricular electives, and maintenance.

Payment Plans

We understand that every family's financial situation is unique. That's why we offer a range of flexible payment plans. These options allow families to spread the cost of tuition over the school year, making it easier to manage their finances while ensuring uninterrupted educational access for their children.

For We Care II (WCII), the tuition and fees structure would typically include the following components, which can be adjusted based on specific financial goals and the needs of the families:​

For a tuition of $5,000 annually:

Middle School

  1. Monthly: $5,000 / 10 = $500 per month

  2. Quarterly: $5,000 / 4 = $1,250 per quarter

  3. Semester: $5,000 / 2 = $2,500 per semester

For a tuition of $7,000 annually:

High School

  1. Monthly: $7,000 / 10 = $700 per month

  2. Quarterly: $7,000 / 4 = $1,750 per quarter

  3. Semester: $7,000 / 2 = $3,500 per semester

Tuition

  • Annual Tuition: This covers the full academic year and may vary by grade level or specific programs (e.g., middle school vs. high school).

  • Monthly Payment Options: Families can opt for a monthly payment plan to spread the cost over the year.

  • Sibling Discounts: A percentage discount for families enrolling multiple children.

Fees

  • Enrollment Fee: A one-time fee to secure a student's spot for the academic year.

  • Technology Fee: Covers the cost of online platforms, learning management systems, and other tech resources.

  • Activity Fee: May include virtual extracurricular activities, clubs, and events.

  • Textbook/Resource Fee: For physical or digital learning materials.

  • Application Fee: A non-refundable fee for processing new student applications.

Financial Assistance

  • Payment Plans: Flexible options to ease financial burden.

  • Financial Aid Counseling: To assist families in understanding and applying for aid.(not at this time).

Optional Fees

  • Tutoring Services: For additional academic support.(not at this time)

  • Advanced Placement (AP) Course Fees: For students taking college-level courses.

  • Summer Programs: Additional courses or enrichment programs outside the regular academic year.

Each payment plan is designed to provide ease and flexibility, ensuring financial constraints do not hinder a student's access to quality education. We aim to support families by offering manageable solutions that align with their financial capabilities. Families are encouraged to contact our financial office for detailed information and assistance in selecting the best payment plan.

Students have the opportunity to accelerate their high school education by completing 9th through 12th grade coursework in just 2.5 years instead of the traditional 4-year timeframe. This flexible, self-paced program allows students to save both time and money while achieving their academic goals through our virtual learning platform.
