Availability of Academic Counseling:

  • Counseling Staff: Our team of professional academic counselors is available to assist students with their educational planning and progress.

  • Hours of Operation: Counselors are available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Students and parents can schedule appointments with academic counselors via the online portal or by contacting the counseling office directly.

Tutoring

Availability and Scheduling of Tutoring Sessions:

  • Tutoring Services: We offer tutoring in core subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies.

  • Qualified Tutors: All tutoring sessions are conducted by certified teachers or qualified tutors with expertise in the subject area.

  • Flexible Scheduling: Tutoring sessions are available during and after school hours to accommodate students’ schedules.

  • Individual and Group Sessions: Students can choose from one-on-one tutoring or small group sessions based on their preferences and needs.

  • Live Help: Scheduled live support is available during subject blocks. Students may book help sessions in advance or drop in during designated times.                                                                            

  • After-Hours Email Support: Teachers respond to questions sent after 5 PM within 24 hours.

  • Daily Logins: Students are required to log in to the virtual learning platform every school day.

  • Engagement Metrics: Attendance is tracked through participation in live sessions, completion of daily assignments, and active engagement in discussion forums.

  • Time Tracking: The system records the amount of time a student spends on the platform daily.

Minimum Attendance Requirements

  • Daily Participation: Students must participate in at least 80% of live sessions and complete all assigned tasks for each course daily.

  • Weekly Review: Teachers review weekly engagement reports to ensure consistent attendance.
